Our Peru Decaf starts with the same exceptional beans from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino in Piura and Amazonas — gully washed, sun-dried at 1,100–1,700 meters — then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method that preserves every bit of flavor. Caramel sweetness, silky smooth body, and a bright citrus finish. You won't miss the caffeine.
Perfect for evenings, sensitive stomachs, or anyone who just wants a great cup without the buzz.
☕ Brew Tip: Pour-over or drip at 200°F with a medium grind. Decaf actually shines a little brighter without caffeine competing — the caramel and citrus notes are front and center.
