Thank you for shopping with Ghost Roast! We're proud to ship our small-batch specialty coffee and tea all across the United States.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right — that's the Ghost Roast promise.
