☕🌄 "Mountain-grown. Honey-sweet. Quietly unforgettable."
Tucked into the misty highlands of western Honduras, smallholder farmers tend their crops at elevations where cool nights and rich volcanic soil do the heavy lifting. The result is a med-light roast that's approachable yet complex — milk chocolate warmth, a honey-like sweetness, and a stone fruit finish that lingers just long enough to make you reach for another cup.
☕ Brew Tip: Shines as a drip or pour-over. Use water around 200°F and a medium grind. The honey and chocolate notes open up beautifully as it cools — don't rush it.
🍽️ Pairs well with: Banana bread, almond croissants, or a slow Saturday morning with nowhere to be.
