☕🌋 "Ancient volcanoes. Extraordinary coffee."
Antigua, Guatemala is one of the world's most legendary coffee regions — and for good reason. Smallholder farmers grow these beans on volcanic loam soil at 1,200–1,616 meters, fully washed and sun-dried to perfection. The result is a medium roast with dark chocolate depth, bright fruit lift, and a butterscotch sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. Complex, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
☕ Brew Tip: Shines as a pour-over or French press. Medium grind, 200°F water. The butterscotch notes come alive with a splash of cream — or enjoy it black to appreciate the full complexity.
