☕🌍 "Where coffee was born. Where flavor runs wild."
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and this cup proves it. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone at 1,700–1,900 meters, these indigenous heirloom cultivars are hand-sorted and dried naturally on raised beds — a process that locks in an extraordinary depth of flavor. Expect milk chocolate warmth, bright fruity notes, and a smooth caramel finish. Med-light roasted to let the origin shine.
☕ Brew Tip: Shines brightest as a pour-over or Chemex. Use water around 200°F and a medium-fine grind to unlock the full fruit-forward complexity. Also stunning as a cold brew.
🍽️ Pairs well with: Fresh berries, dark chocolate, or a quiet morning with nowhere to be.
