From the micro farms of Alajuela, nestled in Costa Rica's volcanic highlands at 1,300–1,445 meters, comes a medium roast that's as clean and refreshing as the country itself. Sweet apple, raisin, and honey — naturally sweet, gently complex, and beautifully smooth. Eco-pulped and sun-dried, this coffee is as kind to the planet as it is to your palate.
☕ Brew Tip: Best as a pour-over or drip to let the apple and honey notes shine. Medium grind, 200°F water. Try it black first — the natural sweetness means you won't need sugar.
