☕🌴 "Volcanic soil. Island soul."
High in the Kintamani highlands of Bali, smallholder farmers hand-pick these beans from volcanic loam soil at 1,200–1,600 meters. The result is a med-dark roast with deep dark chocolate, rich molasses, and brown sugar sweetness — earthy, indulgent, and unmistakably Indonesian. Wet-hulled and dried on raised beds, this is Bali in a cup.
☕ Brew Tip: Shines as a French press or drip. Use a medium-coarse grind and water at 200°F. The molasses and chocolate notes deepen beautifully with a splash of cream or coconut milk.
